Responsible for installation, maintain, repair. Monitor equipment for PM. Frequent overtime and replacement of all electrical equipment in plant; and in keeping with the efficient and consistent operation of the plant. Assist Millwright in work. Welder/Fabricators- $15/$20DOE (temp to hire-$300 90day bonus) Day, swing and weekend shifts available. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete product in assigned area, following blueprints and layout specifications. Study blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to determine material requirements and task sequences. Verify conformance of materials to specification using squares, rulers and measuring tapes. Align and fit parts according to specification, locate and mark work-piece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications. Move work-piece into position, manually, with forklifts or overhead cranes. Setup and operate fabrication machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal parts. Prior Authorization Coordinator- M-F 8am to 5pm, $14.00/HR DOE– Verification of insurance coverage and benefits prior to services being rendered and request Deposit if applicable. Verify insurance of scheduled patients including specific benefits for service scheduled. Notify patients of deposit requirement. Review all scheduled appointments for authorization need. Work closely with Referral coordinators to ensure that Prior Authorized services also have valid Referral as needed. Contact insurance carriers to obtain necessary authorizations.
