Press Break Operator, Eugene, OR – $11.00/DOE Swing and weekends. Temp to hire, raise will be given after 90days. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for assisting and following direction in regard to Safety, Quality and Production of product that meet customers’ requirements. Welder/Fabricators- $15/$20DOE (temp to hire-$300 90day bonus) Day, swing and weekend shifts available. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete product in assigned area, following blueprints and layout specifications. Study blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to determine material requirements and task sequences. Verify conformance of materials to specification using squares, rulers and measuring tapes. Align and fit parts according to specification, locate and mark work-piece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications. Move work-piece into position, manually, with forklifts or overhead cranes. Setup and operate fabrication machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal parts. Embroidery Production Manager- M-F 8am-5pm, $14 to $20/HR DOE– This is a temp to hire position. The ideal candidate has experience operating embroidery equipment in a production environment. Responsibilities: Operates embroidery machinery to complete customer orders. Reviews customer order specification information to ensure projects are accurately completed to customer specifications. Prepares product for customization. This may include hooping material and setting up embroidery machinery to perform specified customization. Monitors embroidery machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions. Places spools of thread, cord or other materials on spindles, inserts bobbins, and threads end through machine guides and components. Prior Authorization Coordinator- M-F 8am to 5pm, $14.00/HR DOE– Verification of insurance coverage and benefits prior to services being rendered and request Deposit if applicable. Verify insurance of scheduled patients including specific benefits for service scheduled. Notify patients of deposit requirement. Review all scheduled appointments for authorization need.
