Portland Area

Steel Mill Manufacturing: North Portland / $14.75hr. Requirements:  Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.  Must be must have strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.  Must be able to read a tape measure.  Able to work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust and noise.  This is a full-time temp to hire position.

Merchandiser: Greater Portland Area / $12.25hr.  We are seeking Merchandisers to join a top distribution team in the PDX and Metro areas. Must have own reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement), Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance. Employee is responsible for working with a team stocking the shelves with the product (alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages) and setting up displays in grocery stores and other stores (Fred Meyer, Safeway, Etc). You will be required to drive your own vehicle from location to location.

B2B Inside Sales / Customer Service Positions: West Linn/ $14hr. plus bonus, Full time, 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-2:30PM, Temp to Hire. Develop sales opportunities, set up new accounts, close new accounts, and meet sales goals.  Successful candidates will have excellent closing skills, ability to handle rejection, ability to output a high volume of calls, possess and maintain high ethical standards. Previous B2B sales experience is required along with typing at least 30wpm.  Strong applicants must be able to pass background check, be energetic, outgoing and competitive.

Server/Busser Portland/West Linn. $11.25- $13.00/hr. Part-time. Someone who can help with general set up (tables, food, electrical cord etc.) as well as clean up & break down.  Someone who has a food handler card & is confident in speaking with customers.

Dishwasher: Location varies. $11.25. Dish washing for hotels and restaurants.

Warehouse: Portland. $11.25/hr., Full Time. Loading and unloading trucks. Must be comfortable standing for 10-12-hour days and lifting 50-60lbs repetitively. Perform work on production line and must comply with GMP’s, HACCP, USDA and other Quality Assurance written programs. Practice Safe Work Procedures and applications.

Production: Location varies. Multiple clients looking for reliable, motivated workers for various roles within warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial environments. Positions will require lifting 50-60lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift (usually 10-12 hrs), bending, twisting, carrying, and other duties as assigned. Experience is valued, but not required. Class B Day Shift Driver: Portland Area / 2 Days a week (Sunday & Monday) $140 per day. Hiring for a Class B driver with a current DOT medical certificate.

Accounting / Administrative Assistant: Albany / $18-$19hr. depending on experience, must be able to attend 1-2 weeks of training in Fairview, Oregon; Full Time, 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with Saturdays and Monday-Friday 5:00PM-2:00AM with Sundays, Temp to Hire.  Perform a variety of accounting and administrative duties necessary for the company to run efficiently.  Provide support to the sales and purchasing staff as well as acting as a backup for the front desk, A/P, A/R and other areas as needed.  Must be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.

 

Accounts Receivable Assistant: Fairview / $18hr, contract opportunity-coverage for medical leave, Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM.  We are looking for a person with at least two years of experience in A/R, billing, credit and collections. The ideal candidate should enjoy researching, can switch gears, juggle / prioritize multiple projects.  Candidates should understand accounting principles and ability to research variances independently and effectively.  Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional manner.  Must be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.

Salem Area

International Buyer – Canby, OR, $60K/yr. This position is Responsible for international purchasing of production materials from Corporation and other international sources and other general purchasing duties.  Materials will be purchased from international sources, with English and Japanese-language contacts.  Two years college or equivalent with emphasis in Purchasing, Business Management, or related field is preferred. Minimum two years’ experience in purchasing. NAPM or APICS certification preferred. 

Procurement  Manager – Canby, OR, $74K/yr. Full time permanent position   Responsible for overall purchasing functions for the entire plant including qualifying and vendors selecting for products and services,  negotiating  competitive prices, tracking on time delivery performance, and placing timely purchase orders to vendors.  Position is also responsible for supervising purchasing and International Procurement Operation (“IPO”) and for ensuring accurate compliance with company policies and procedures.  Minimum five years’ purchasing experience in a production environment, supervisory skills and experience and MS Office products and manufacturing software proficiency.  Two years college or equivalent with emphasis in Purchasing or Business Management.  Bachelor’s degree and NAPM or APICS certification preferred. 

Production Assistant – Near Woodburn, OR 12.50/hr. Full time permanent position early day shifts working in a small food production facility making artisan food product.  Job requires ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and dexterity to handle small containers.  Requirements include cleaning work area when done for the day and wearing hair net when working.

In Home Program Procurement Manager Manager for Direct Care Support Providers – Salem, OR, $16.75/hr.  Full Time M-F 9A-6P.  REQUIREMENTS:  2 year degree, or 4 years of service experience, and at least 1 year in a supervisory position.  Knowledge of treatment and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Computer skills, word processing and spread sheets. General Laborers – Salem, OR, $10.25–$16.00/hr.  We are currently looking for general laborers for 5 different clients. Lumber Mill Utility Worker and Grader – East of Salem, OR, $12.16 – $14.26/hr. Days and Schedule options available. This is production and assembly work. Very quick paced and very steady employment full time and year-round with great benefits.

General labor and Experienced Construction – West Salem, OR DOE $10.25-14.00/hr. Work includes general labor, foundation repair, basement waterproofing, drainage, digging, and earthquake retrofitting. Work is done outdoors, in basements and crawl spaces. Employees must have reliable transportation to West Salem where the crews meet to leave at 6AM sharp to go to jobsites. Must wear boots, jeans and long-sleeved shirts. Journeyman CNC Machinist – Salem, OR, $DOE We have an opening for a journeyman machinist who can read and interpret blueprints, work independently, make set ups on CNC Mills and Lathes, and also on manual mills and lathes. This is for a low volume, high-precision manufacturer. Part sizes are mostly shoebox sized or smaller. The work is very diverse, from aluminum, to stainless, alloy steel, titanium, bronze, and many others.  

Shop Assistant – Salem, OR DOE $12-$14/hr. This is a p M-F dayshifts permanent full-time position requiring a person who would hauling supplies to job sites and loads to dump site by pulling a trailer behind company truck.  Vehicle maintenance, oil changes and small engine repair, fixing and maintaining back pack blowers, paint tank pumps, air compressors, etc.  VALID ODL REQUIRED

Facility Maintenance Manager – Salem, OR $12/hr. This will be a part time position for approximately 20 hours per week. The candidate who is assigned to this position will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the buildings and grounds including maintenance of the heating, electrical, plumbing and security systems and program equipment, as well as general upkeep of the buildings and grounds.  ODL is required as there are multiple work sites and this position will require a 100% clean criminal background and drug screen.

Maintenance Mechanic – Salem, OR $DOE. Maintenance Mechanic position is working in a food production plant and this position is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing facility equipment and structures. This position also maintains environmental records and equipment in accordance with applicable laws & permits. 70% Install and repair facility equipment & structures. Duty includes ordering, maintaining and organizing parts inventory. 20% Enter and complete preventative maintenance work orders on time utilizing MP2 maintenance program. 5% Maintain environmental records and equipment. This position is for a full-time day shift Heavy Duty/Diesel Mechanic to work on computer-controlled trucks, farming and logging equipment. Looking for: Two-year degree in Heavy Duty, Equipment/Diesel Technology with skills in computer diagnostics or comparable experience working with Diesel Trucks and diagnostic equipment, Knowledge of CAT, Cummins and Detroit engines, Skilled in heavy duty general electrical and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and repairs, and have knowledge of heavy equipment parts, Work in an organized and timely manner with safety in mind. Insulation Installers Needed – Salem, OR, $ DOE.  Do you have some experience in installing insulation and wish to have a full-time job doing so?  The ideal candidate will have experience in installing floor, ceiling and wall insulation in existing as well as new structures both residential and commercial. Job duties will include: Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors. Remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures. Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use. Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces. Distribute insulating materials evenly into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blowers and hose attachments or cement mortar. Move controls, buttons, or levers to start blowers, and to regulate flow of materials through nozzles. Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials. Able to speak Spanish and having a current, valid Oregon Driver License preferred.

Firewood Processing Plant – Lyons, OR, $11/hr. We are recruiting for Conifer Canyon Processing in Lyons Oregon for full time positions.  Work is fast paced and physical as well as mostly done outdoors in the weather.  Higher pay available if you have forklift experience.

Class A CDL Driver – Salem, OR, Pay DOE. We are looking for an experienced driver with a minimum 3 years driving experience with Class A CDL.  A clean driving record is mandatory. Driving records will be checked before hiring.  CDL and medical card MUST be current. Preference will be given to drivers with long term work history and diverse trucking knowledge (such as having driven a variety of truck types and hauled a variety of materials). Hours and days are flexible. 

Experienced Window Installer Wanted – Salem, OR, $/hr. DOE.  We are looking for a permanent employee who will be able to install windows in both residential and commercial buildings. Sometimes these are replacement installations and sometimes they are new construction installations. We need a person with knowledge and experience in all types of window installation. Must have valid, current Oregon Driver License. Operational knowledge of various sizes of window and door frames and their measurements and ability to resolve problems occurring in installations required as well as ability to measure the area and then gather all the equipment required for the installation. Janitorial: Within Linn/Benton counties) | $10.50-11.50 (wage varies), Full Time, Swing shift (specific hours may vary). Actively seeking motivated individuals to fill a laborious janitorial position in the Linn/Benton areas. Position will require stripping and waxing floors, buffing floors, extracting carpets, cleaning exterior and interior windows, and other janitorial duties as assigned. Position will also require candidate lifting 50lbs, standing for long periods of time, kneeling, stopping, bending, and carrying materials. All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. All positions require being on feet all day and availability for 8-10 hours days based on production needs. Positions MAY include pulling lumber, stacking lumber, moving lumber along feeder belts, operating various machinery, and other duties as assigned. Metals Helper: Albany | $12.27-13.65 DOE, Full-Time, Temp-to-hire. Currently seeking 3 individuals to fill an immediate need within a manufacturing facility. Ideal candidate would have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attendance. Any grinding or metals work is highly preferred. Must pass a criminal background check (charges accepted on case-by-case basis) and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Mortgage Lending: Full time, Temp-to-Hire, $15/hr. Experience in lending and marketing is highly preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of the real estate and mortgage process. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Experienced Tire Technician: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire, Wages DOE (up to $14/hr). All applicants must have 2 years of experience as a Commercial Tire Technician or a Tire Technician. PT CDL Driver: Local Linn/Benton Routes | $20/hr, Part-time now, Full-time during busy season & Temp-to-Hire. VALID CLASS A CDL REQUIRED. Position will be delivering products to local areas. Position will require sitting, standing, getting in and out of delivery vehicle, assisting with the load and unload, and other duties as assigned. Office Manager/Logistics Coordinator: Albany area, $16-18/hr DOE. The logistics position is the nerve center for all shipping and receiving that goes on within the business.  Every order that gets placed is tracked by and scheduled for install by the logistics coordinator.  Arranging for deliveries, negotiating shipping rates, tracking back ordered product, notifying clients of discontinued items, and coordinating with sales staff are other tasks done by the Logistics coordinator.  The Logistics coordinator will also receive studio inventory, enter it as inventory, price it, and give it to an associate designer to place on the studio floor.  Inventory will be performed one time a year and reported to management. 

Studio Manager: Albany area, $12/hr plus commission and bonus. Reports directly to owner/designer of interior design retail company. Opportunity for growth, training and advancement. Responsibilities include assisting clients that stop by studio, managing the design library, answering phones and scheduling appointments using Google calendar. No previous design experience is necessary as on the job training will be provided. Other responsibilities could include pulling samples for the principle designer, rearrange small displays and making recommendations for product line up. To qualify, applicants must have a heart for serving our clients with a friendly and positive demeanor. Bend Area

Production – Bend, OR, $14-$14.50/hr. Day Shift. We are currently looking for someone with experience in production/manufacturing. The job is for 3 days a week, 12 hours/shift. This job requires you to be focused and standing the whole shift. You will also be regularly lifting 30-50 lbs. boxes throughout the shift. Steel-toed boots and a drug screen are required to be considered for this position.

Snow Removal – Bend, OR, $12-$15/hr. We are currently creating lists for our clients with people interested in Snow Removal throughout this Winter. We are looking for people both with and without experience. A driver’s license is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for people who will reliably show up when scheduled, follow directions well, and work in a team environment.

Position details are: Managing, administrating, implementing and coordinating activities in relation to typical Quality Assurance requirements. Complete understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and the ability to implement the requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manage Internal auditing process with the skill set required to train new auditors. Strong background in effective corrective actions, including root cause analysis and 5 why’s. Experienced Commercial and Residential Painters–  Monday to Friday (may be asked to work weekends). Wage is $15+ DOE. Candidates must have experience, own (reliable) transportation, own tools. Resume required with references. Background and drug screen are required.

Tire Tech– Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm (rotating Wednesdays). Backgrounds and drug screens required. Starting wage is $121.00/HR. Located Cottage Grove. Experience CNC Laser Operator- $16-$20/HR DOE- Swing Shift. Background and drug screen required.  Basic Functions of Position: Set up, load, adjust and operate a CNC Laser to produce ordered parts requiring tight tolerance burning. Confirm order requirements are met, including the proper selection of job priority, material, lenses, speed, and program loading. First Article Inspection on all production runs to specified tolerances, and dimensional check. Machine productivity, efficiency and safe operation. Material yield and utilization. Make adjustments, edit programs, etc. to optimize production quality and efficiency. Select lens, machine speed, pierce time, and other operational controls. Fill out necessary forms and paperwork, including routing sheets, time cards, production reports, etc. Mark all cut product with appropriate job order information and routing information. Ensure proper routing of all cut material to next work station occurs. Handle material with use of overhead crane or forklift. Perform all work functions within established safety guidelines, policies, and procedures. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum of three months CNC Laser experience. Ability to read and interpret prints. Must understand program editing, basic machine functions, safe operations, machine adjustments and reading, basic math, and dimensional knowledge. Able to read English SAE and metric tapes and micrometers. Full understanding of material flow and routing.

Responsible for installation, maintain, repair. Monitor equipment for PM.  Frequent overtime and replacement of all electrical equipment in plant; and in keeping with the efficient and consistent operation of the plant.  Assist Millwright in work. Hand Tools Used- Electrical meters, hand tools that pertain to electrician’s work. Maintain all equipment in plant, maintain rolling stock, do any fabrication needed, grind planner knives and scarfer heads, sharpen skill saw blades, make up blades for band saws, Prior to hire, applicant must pass required background check and pre-employment drug screen (which includes THC-federally compliant). Entry Level Mill Positions– Jasper, OR- . Shift would be Mon-Friday from 10:30pm to 7:00am. No experience required, candidate needs to be reliable and have transportation to and from shift. Wage is $11.00/HR (DOE). Must pass background and drug screen.

General Labor– Harrisburg, OR- Position would be feeding the Wet Dryer, no experience required. Monday to Friday 7:00AM- 3:00PM, $11.00/HR. Swing shift also available, position would be setting up the Wet Line for the next shift. Shit would be from 2:30pm to 11pm Mon-Fri, $11.50/Hr.  Must be dependable, have reliable transportation.  Background and drug screen require.

Heavy Truck Mechanic– $15 to $18/HR (Temp to Hire), full benefits after probation period. Night shift (3:30pm to Midnight), potential overtime.  Assist in complete overhaul and testing of gas and diesel engines. Assist in the repair and overhaul of various heavy equipment which could include crawler and wheel tractors, portable cranes, brooms, front end loaders, rollers, subgrade mixers, motor grades, compactors, pumps and air compressors. Detailer– Temp to Hire- Wage $14.00+. Hours- To be discussed in interview- Must pass background and drug screen.  Use blueprints to confirm correct parts and materials are used prior to layout. Use tape measure and pencil to mark raw materials according to print. Use hand grinder to grind rust off of metal materials in preparation for fabrication process. Operate drill press, mag drill, ironworker, torch, and other tools as needed to perform assigned tasks. Examine finished material to verify conformance with quality standards. High School diploma or equivalent (required). Basic reading, writing, comprehension, and math skills (required). Must be able to follow verbal work instructions through active listening. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to read and interpret blueprints (plus).

Landscaping– Temp to Hire, Eugene, OR. $12.00- $18.00/HR DOE. Background and drug screen required. Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm. If you enjoy getting wet and the intricacies of maintaining and installing new irrigation systems for residential and commercial landscapes, we have a position open with our irrigation team. Many of these positions must have the physical ability to work hard and efficiently in the Oregon weather. This means the ability to lift 50lbs. repeatedly and up to 75lbs. occasionally. Mostly we work in teams, but some jobs can be completed independently. Camp Cook– Seasonal (June to August). Federal background and drug screen.  Full time, seasonal position offering $375 per week with room and board. Plan and prepare nutritious meals for campers and staff. Provide varied and healthy vegetarian options reflective of the general main course for staff and campers who are vegetarians. Provide options for campers and staff with special dietary needs as necessary. Work with the assistant camp director in planning meals and menus. Prepare and serve meals as planned and on time. Prepare and serve meals that meet state health standards. Provide the assistant camp director with food order lists for meals in advance of order date.
