Portland Area

Event Staff: Greater Portland Area – $12/hr., Part-Time – Work local events, fairs, concerts and sporting events to supplement your income.

Back of House Staff: Greater Portland Area – $12.00- $16.00/hr., Part-Time and Full-Time –  We are seeking dishwashers, prep-cooks and line-cooks to help in restaurants, hotels, and other various businesses.

Front of House Staff: Greater Portland Area – $12.00- $16.00/hr., Part-Time –  We are seeking Servers, Bussers and Bartenders to help at private parties, with local catering companies, in hotels, and in restaurants. 

Warehouse: N. Portland – $12.00/hr., Full Time – Loading plastic crates into an industrial sanitation system and repackaging them for shipping. This position requires no experience and offers a day, swing and graveyard shift.

Food Production and Assembly: Greater Portland Area – $13/hr. – This offers both part-time and full-time hours working with a great local company. You’ll be helping cook and assemble healthy food to sell in their grocery stores.

Merchandiser: Greater Portland Area – $13hr. – We are seeking Merchandisers to join a top distribution team in the PDX and Metro areas. Must have your own reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement), Valid Driver License and Auto Insurance. Employee is responsible for working with a team stocking the shelves with the product (alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages) and setting up displays in grocery stores and other stores (Fred Meyer, Safeway, etc.). You will be required to drive your own vehicle from location to location.  You are not transporting any goods, just yourself between locations.

Welder/Fabricator: Vancouver – $18/hr.+ DOE, Full-Time – Assemble and weld fabrications to customer’s prints and specifications, using welding equipment, hand and power tools, jigs and fixtures. Drill, ream, punch, oxyfuel burn, plasma burn, grind and/or air arc metal as required. Must be AWS D1.1 certified, have three years of previous experience, be proficient in MIG, FCAW and tack welding, and can read and interpret blueprints and welding, engineering and material specifications.

Production Support: SE Portland – $12/hr., Full-Time – Assisting on production line with natural food production and packaging.

Production/Assembly: Beaverton – $12.50/hr., Full-Time – Assemblers create building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses and/or millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities or closets. Must feel comfortable with power tools and lifting 30 – 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Manufacture Warehouse Positions: N. Portland – $13-$25/hr. Administrative Assistant: Portland – $16 – $21/hr. DOE, Full-Time – Duties include event planning, supporting up to 30 employees with administrative tasks, calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans. You must be comfortable with multitasking, problem-solving and have experience with Microsoft Suite.

Service Technician: Portland – $16 – $18/hr. DOE, Full-Time – Must have mechanical installation and/or service experience, a valid license and own vehicle, strong communicate and customer service skills. You will be installing and/or servicing fire system equipment and making sure they equipment meets codes and regulations.

Production/Assembly: Canby – $14.00/hr., Full-Time – Must be comfortable working independently, be detail-oriented and follow directions well. You must be comfortable standing during the entirety of your shift.

Machine Operator: N. Portland – $14.00/hr., Full-Time – Under general supervision of the Production Lead, ensure machines are working at full capacity while producing quality product. Machine operators make sure machines are well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. Visually inspect production run and document results. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.

Mechanic Technician: Beavercreek – $18 – $20/hr. DOE, Full-Time – Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machines and equipment. Performing and monitor preventative maintenance tasks on appropriate manufacturing and facility equipment. Must possess a very solid mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical systems and repairs. Prior experience in a lumber mill is a plus.

Salem Area

Auto Detailer – Salem, OR, $13.00-$18.00/hr. This is a full-time, permanent opening for someone with auto detail experience who would like to work in a large shop with a few others doing auto detailing of boats, RV’s, etc. Hours are 8-5 M-F.

Auto Detailing Shop Supervisor– Salem, OR, $40-$60K/yr. This is a full-time, permanent opening for someone with auto detail experience as well as supervisor experience who would like to work in a large shop with a few others doing auto detailing of boats, RV’s, etc. Hours are 8-5 M-F.

Maintenance Technician — Silverton, OR, $20.00-$24.00/hr.  This position is more of an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. Full-time and permanent position. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe, sanitary and efficient condition. The Maintenance Technician will ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems (to provide a continuous supply of heat, steam, cooling, electrical, power, gas, or air required for operations). This position creates value for the facility by performing preventative and corrective maintenance leading to increased uptime and reliability, thus helping the facility to meet their production and quality goals.
 • Perform inspections, overhauls and troubleshooting on production equipment. This includes gearboxes, pumps, air/hydraulic cylinders and lines, process equipment, utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers systems.
 • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and overhauls on production and process equipment. • Maintain and support all safety guards and comply with all safety practices / polices. Utilize safe work practices such as LOTO, Arc Flash and required PPE.
 • Fabricate and weld support structures for new or existing equipment.
 • Assist fellow Shift Maintenance-Mechanic or Electrician personnel. • Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems and independently take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time. • Create notifications and follow up on needed repairs

Insulation Installers Needed – Salem, OR, $13.00-17.00/hour.  Do you have some experience in installing insulation and wish to have a full-time job doing so?  The ideal candidate will have experience in installing floor, ceiling and wall insulation in existing as well as new structures  residential orvcommercial. Job duties will include: Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors. Remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures. Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use. Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces. Distribute insulating materials evenly into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blowers and hose attachments or cement mortar. Move controls, buttons, or levers to start blowers, and to regulate flow of materials through nozzles. Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials. Prep Cook and Line Cook – Mount Angel, OR, $13.50/hr. Wed-Fri – 10:00am – 6:30pm, Sat/Sun – 6:00am – 2:30pm. We are looking for a Line Cook /Prep Cook. This is for cafeteria style cooking of recipes that are to be followed exactly as they are. The cooking of recipes will be for meals that rotate week to week. This is for a residential care facility. Albany Area

Production/Manufacturing: Within Linn County | $13-$15/hr. Multiple clients looking for reliable, motivated workers for various roles within manufacturing and industrial environments. Positions will require lifting 50-60lbs, standing/walking for duration of shift (usually 10-12 hrs), bending, twisting, carrying, and other duties as assigned. Experience is valued, but not required. Mill Work: Linn and Benton counties| $12+ (depends on position), Full-time, Temp-to-hire. Currently seeking entry-level and experienced mill workers. CDL Driver Class A: Local Linn & Benton Routes | $19+/hr. Full Time Seasonal Temporary position. VALID CLASS A CDL REQUIRED. Flexible to work weekends when requested. Position will be delivering products to local areas. Position will require sitting, standing, getting in and out of delivery vehicle, assisting with the load and unload, and other duties as assigned. All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Charges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. 

Fabricator/Assembler: Albany Ι $12-16/hr. Assemble level sensor and pneumatic panels using the plumbing schematics, assembly drawings, and bill of materials. Assemble robot sub-assemblies using the assembly drawings, written instructions, and bill of materials. Install all plumbing parts and assemblies using manufacturing drawings. Tack weld in all brackets using a hot air welder for plastics. Run air lines from the pneumatics panel to the air operated valves, pumps, and tanks. Label all valves, pumps, filters, panels, and facilities connections. Perform fusion welds on polypropylene, PVDF, and PFA piping using a GF IR-63+ fusion welder. Install all sub-assemblies into the system. Clean and prep tool for clean room assembly. Assist in final setting and leveling the tool prior to system welding. Assist in performing system retrofits to used systems, following proper chemical safety gowning procedures. Electrical Systems Integrator I: Albany Ι $18-25 DOE. The Electrical Systems Integrator I position performs a variety of tasks to include the following: Build and wire electrical panels and subassemblies that include HMI, robot, and system enclosure, using a bill of materials, blue prints, and electrical schematics. Install all electrical subassemblies into the system and perform interconnect wiring between subassemblies and field devices.  Inspect for quality on electrical panels, subassemblies, and interconnect wiring.  Complete all documentation required which includes panels log, checklist, and any other quality documents needed.  Test system power up, main safety circuit, and general I/O. Experienced with Codes and Standards, NEC, NFPA70 and 79, UL508A a plus. Knowledgeable on electrical safety hazards and the proper labeling and/or protection needed.  Ability to use multiple different types of hand tools. Ground Penetrating Radar – Tech Assistant: Albany area Ι $12/hr to start. General laborer with STRONG attention to detail and flexible schedule needed. This will be a very physical job with a lot of lifting, bending and stooping, so must be capable of ongoing physically demanding work. Will be carrying equipment, assisting on jobs as needed. Most of work day spent standing on concrete, bending, stooping, lifting.  Someone with a MECHANICAL APTITUDE is a plus along with auto parts or auto mechanic experience.  Good driving record as some delivery of parts in future may be required.


Bend Area

Snow Removal – Bend, OR, $13-$16/hr. We are all ready to get started filling out lists for local Snow Removal companies for the upcoming season. It looks like we could start getting snow so get yourself prepped to be called for these lucrative jobs.

Custodian – Bend, OR, $13-$15/hr. We are looking to fill a full time custodial position with a local entity. This will be for set hours in the afternoon-late evening. We will be looking for someone who is able to move easily each shift including walking the full shift and occasionally lifting 30-40 lbs. Experience CNC Laser Operator- $16-$20/HR DOE- Swing Shift. Background and drug screen required.  Basic Functions of Position: Set up, load, adjust and operate a CNC Laser to produce ordered parts requiring tight tolerance burning. Confirm order requirements are met, including the proper selection of job priority, material, lenses, speed, and program loading. First Article Inspection on all production runs to specified tolerances, and dimensional check. Machine productivity, efficiency and safe operation. Material yield and utilization. Make adjustments, edit programs, etc. to optimize production quality and efficiency. Select lens, machine speed, pierce time, and other operational controls. Day, and Swing Production (Stick Layer, General Labor, Graveyard Clean-up), Eugene, OR – Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day, lift up to 50lbs and squat, bend and twist at the waist repetitively. Will be trained on use of fall protection and proper stick placement techniques. $15/HR.

Press Break Operator, Eugene, OR – $11.00/DOE Swing and weekends. Temp to hire, raise will be given after 90days. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for assisting and following direction in regard to Safety, Quality and Production of product that meet customers’ requirements.  The operator must be able to translate between two and three-dimensional views to evaluate tooling and clearance limits to create accurate, efficient and reproducible forming sequences.

Responsible for installation, maintain, repair. Monitor equipment for PM.  Frequent overtime and replacement of all electrical equipment in plant; and in keeping with the efficient and consistent operation of the plant.  Assist Millwright in work. Hand Tools Used- Electrical meters, hand tools that pertain to electrician’s work. Entry Level Mill Positions– Jasper, OR- . Shift would be Mon-Friday from 10:30pm to 7:00am. No experience required, candidate needs to be reliable and have transportation to and from shift. Wage is $11.00/HR (DOE). Must pass background and drug screen.

General Labor– Harrisburg, OR- Position would be feeding the Wet Dryer, no experience required. Monday to Friday 7:00AM- 3:00PM, $11.00/HR. Welder/Fabricators- $15/$20DOE (temp to hire-$300 90day bonus) Day, swing and weekend shifts available. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete product in assigned area, following blueprints and layout specifications. Study blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to determine material requirements and task sequences. Verify conformance of materials to specification using squares, rulers and measuring tapes. Align and fit parts according to specification, locate and mark work-piece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications. Move work-piece into position, manually, with forklifts or overhead cranes. Setup and operate fabrication machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal parts. Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt parts to obtain required configurations to weld parts in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Monitor the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts of warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.  Examines completed work for defects to ensure conformance and specifications. Acts as crane operator and understands safety protocols associated with crane operation. Maintains welding and related equipment. Punctuality and attendance are essential functions of the job. Manual Mill/Lathe Machinist– $14-20/DOE (temp to hire). Shift is Monday/Friday 8am to 5pm. At least 2 years of Mill and/or Lathe Operation, including set up and running. Correct environmental hazards in appropriate and safe manner; Maintain residents’ records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.  This includes documentation related to: medication distribution; leisure activities; incidents and observations; chart any changes in resident’s physical condition and/or behavior; visitors; etc.  Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident and promptly report all changes to the supervisor.            Perform work assignments and attend required in-service training.

Embroidery Production Manager- Wage $14-$20 DOE, schedule TBD– Operates embroidery machinery to complete customer orders. Reviews customer order specification information to ensure projects are accurately, completed to customer specifications. Prepares product for customization. This may include hooping material and setting up, embroidery machinery to perform specified customization. Monitors embroidery machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions.  Places spools of thread, cord or other materials on spindles, inserts bobbins, and threads end through machine guides and components.  Positions items under needles, using marks on machines, clamps, templates or cloth as guides. Guides product or material under machine needles as needed. Cuts excess material or thread from finished products.  Reviews product quality to verify that customer orders are completed to order specifications.  Ensures a clean and safe work environment is maintained.

Experience Framer- Candidate must have experience in siding. Wage is $24/HR. Looking for Lead, MUST have own vehicle and tools.

Prior Authorization Coordinator- M-F 8am to 5pm, $14.00/HR DOE– Verification of insurance coverage and benefits prior to services being rendered and request Deposit if applicable. Verify insurance of scheduled patients including specific benefits for service scheduled.    Notify patients of deposit requirement. Review all scheduled appointments for authorization need. Work closely with Referral coordinators to ensure that Prior Authorized services also have valid Referral as needed. Contact insurance carriers to obtain necessary authorizations. Contact with outside facilities as needed to exchange information regarding Orders and Prior Authorizations. Review and take corrective action on denied claims. Work closely with clinical staff to ensure authorizations are obtained for urgent services and add on cases. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Lead. Requirements- •   Experience working with a window-based PM/EMR. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a related medical office role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of company staff, patients and their family members. Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.            Knowledge of CPT and ICD9/10 coding and insurance reimbursement practices. Ability to understand Medical terminology and gather data needed from the Chart to obtain Authorization.      Equivalent of a high school diploma.            

Forklift driver/Press brake operator- Swing Shift, M-Th 2:30pm to 1am. Staring wage $12.00/HR. Ideal candidate must have experience on Press Brake, willing to train on forklift.
