Janitorial positions-$11.25hr- Janitorial positions available in Eugene. There are day, swing and grave shifts positions, part-time and full-time positions. Cleaning experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass a drug screen and pass a background check.

General Labor

Harrisburg, OR- Position would be feeding the Wet Dryer, no experience required. Monday to Friday 7:00AM- 3:00PM, $12.00/HR. Swing shift also available, position would be setting up the Wet Line for the next shift. Shift would be from 2:30pm to 11pm Mon-Fri, $12.50/Hr. Must be dependable, have reliable transportation. Background and drug screen require.


Temp to Hire, Eugene, OR. $12.00- $18.00/HR DOE. Background and drug screen required. Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm. If you enjoy getting wet and the intricacies of maintaining and installing new irrigation systems for residential and commercial landscapes, we have a position open with our irrigation team. Many of these positions must have the physical ability to work hard and efficiently in the Oregon weather. This means the ability to lift 50lbs. repeatedly and up to 75lbs. occasionally. Mostly we work in teams, but some jobs can be completed independently. So, the right candidate must work well with others or on their own. Candidates are asked to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. Experience in landscape maintenance and/or construction/irrigation is helpful though we will train the right individuals. Knowledge and experience with correct hardscape installation techniques is helpful for our advanced construction positions, though will train the right individuals. Plant knowledge, pruning, weed identification all helpful for our maintenance position. High-end landscape maintenance and construction firm and are looking for the right individuals that bring creativity and a good work ethic to add to the team for full-time work throughout the year.

Green Chain Pullers Needed

Green Chain-15-18 PH.A Production Worker in the mills is physically demanding and you will be challenged to learn different roles and new skills. Production Workers play a vital role in maintaining the location’s operations by sweeping, shoveling, pulling lumber off the line “pulling green chain", packaging lumber for shipment, applying bar codes and more. This position is the first step in the company and successful individuals will be prepared to move into other positions or departments, including forklift and machinery operator roles, maintenance or skilled trades such as saw filing and grading.

Need to be able to stand on feet for 10 hours with min. breaks/ Pay is depending upon experience- 15-18 PH.


Welder/Fabricators $15/$20DOE. Day, swing and weekend shifts available. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete product in assigned area, following blueprints and layout specifications. Study blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to determine material requirements and task sequences. Verify conformance of materials to specification using squares, rulers and measuring tapes. Align and fit parts according to specification, locate and mark workpiece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications. Move workpiece into position, manually, with forklifts or overhead cranes. Setup and operate fabrication machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal parts. Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt parts to obtain required configurations to weld parts in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Monitor the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts of warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material. Examines completed work for defects to ensure conformance and specifications. Acts as crane operator and understands safety protocols associated with crane operation. Maintains welding and related equipment. Punctuality and attendance are essential functions of the job. All other duties as assigned. Background and drug screen required.

Cell Tower Tech

Cell Tower Tech-Temp to hire position, Mon-Fri, your hours will vary. Candidate must be willing to travel, have a valid driver’s license. Rig loads properly for hoisting up towers. Climb towers safely using a variety of approved safety and rigging gear. Use a variety of hand and power tools. Install a variety of cellular equipment (antennas, radios, coax, fiber optic cable, etc.) in all weather conditions. Safely lift weights up to 100 pounds on occasion and 50 pounds often. Keep the job site and the vehicles used to perform the job organized and properly stocked with tools and materials. Test installations for initial performance and troubleshooting purposes. Communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional manner. Drive company vehicle, often while towing a trailer. If this is interesting to you, please reply with a resume. The position will pay $16-$18 an hour to start. (If you respond with industry experience, we can discuss a higher starting wage.) Candidates with experience will start between $20-$24/HR. This job requires that you are out of town many weeknights, and very rarely on weekends. Crew members have worked between zero and four weekends in the last two years. The cost of motels is covered, and you receive $50.00 a day per diem when out of town overnight. We expect our crews to stay in better than average motels. At the first of the month after your 60-day anniversary you can opt into a company health plan that the company covers for employees. Any dependents are at the expense of the employee. We offer 9 paid holiday days per year. We offer paid time off. We have a 401K plan that all employees over 20 years old with one year of service are enrolled in. Even if you contribute nothing the company contributes 3% of your yearly earnings.

Powder Coat Line Loader

Powder Coat Line Loader- Mon/Fri, 6am/4pm. Temp to Hire, Starting wage $12.00+ (DOE). Racking design, configuration and maintenance, receiving inspection of goods in process, inspect for damage, Inspect for the rust and other corrosion or substrate defects, Quality Assurance and Quality Control Documentation (In-Process Inspection), Daily production recording. Count verifications, etc. Assist in the collection of part and processing information. (Shop Travelers), Assist in maintaining equipment and regular housekeeping procedures and duties Packaging materials control and packaging procedures according to department policies, The Powdercoat Line Operator will complete all required internal and external paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, Communicate effectively with engineers, expeditors, managers, office staff and employees, Set a good example for others to follow, Maintain all quality standards required within the department, Inspect all parts manufactured for quality and efficient production methods and report all ,inconsistencies to Powdercoat Supervisor in a timely manner, Abide by Employee Handbook including regular attendance and working cooperatively, Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Requirements:  Communication skills in reading, writing and arithmetic, Ability to read and follow specifications and procedures, Posses basic powder coating process knowledge, Ability to follow direction both written verbal
Responsible for proper care and maintenance of material handling and packaging equipment, Be detail oriented, Ability to multi-task, Be self-directed and motivated
Have good basic math skills.

Fabrication $12-18

Fabrication-Looking for a reliable, skilled metal fabricator/welder to fill a full time position in an industrial sheet metal shop near Albany, OR. (Non-HVAC) Job duties will include, measuring, fabrication from blue prints or hand sketches, welding, assembling parts, and field installation. Pay is depending upon experience $12-18PH
