For this position, you will be installing and repairing various air quality systems, locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment, as well as conducting warranty services and performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items in a timely manner. For this position you must be able to pay close attention to detail, follow specific directions and identify and process multiple types of materials, visually inspect product, and point out defects if any. Qualified candidates must have previous fabrication welding experience, FCAW welding required, and will be required to pass a welding test. Responsibilities for this position include reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications; operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment creating gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding and submerged arc welding. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brazing, soldering equipment; machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening or bending machines. Quality Control ensures the quality of the product is up to client standard and make sure all the correct procedures are followed and will maintain all records. This position does require some weekend availability. Shifts MAY vary; please ask what shifts are available!

The packaging operator is required to perform two functions: the bagging operation and the baler operation. The packaging operator must maintain the ability to perform both bagging and baler functions as determined by the Shift Leads. Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures. Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed. Move and wrap completed products, and you will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Positions are from 6pm-6:30am with a rotating schedule ($18).
