Project Manager- Cabinetry industry $25-$30 DOE
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Custom Cabinet Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and commercial cabinetry projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custom cabinetry, project coordination, client communication, scheduling, problem-solving, and attention to detail. This role requires managing timelines, budgets, production, installations, subcontractors, and customer expectations to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage custom cabinetry projects from design approval through production and final installation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, installers, and shop personnel.
- Review plans, shop drawings, and project specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits, field measurements, and jobsite evaluations when necessary.
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Sanitation:
This position is mainly, but not limited to sanitize the facility and machinery used to produce food.
Maintain work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Disassemble manufacturing lines. Sweep and mop floors. Pressure wash using pressure washer. Prior experience is required.
Production Line/Packaging:

The Machinist 2 position is responsible for independently producing precision metal components using CNC and manual machines. This role requires advanced machining knowledge, the ability to interpret complex blueprints, and proficiency with precision measuring instruments. The Machinist 2 serves as an experienced operator who may assist with training entry-level machinists and contributes to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machines independently.
- Load, save, and manage CNC programs; make program adjustments as needed.
- Verify part dimensions using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
