Machine Operators-Eugene/Cottage Grove $15+/hr.

SUMMARY
Assure that the press or labeler is running properly and is producing parts in accordance with specifications. Process parts as directed during training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

* Review Job Traveler for UPC code, part number and job quantity and any other information. Examine supplied box labels to ensure required information is correct. Correct data is established from job traveler.

* Observes product to keep quality of parts consistent with standards. Notifies Q.A., supervisor or process technicians? when issues arise.

* Transferring product from conveyors, bayonets, or labelers to appropriate place.

* Inspects filled boxes to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.

* Reports malfunction of press or labeler to supervisor or machine technicians.

* Assembles boxes, replenishes packaging supplies such as boxes, pallet, tape, or labels.
Replace labels on labeler machine.

* Correctly stacks boxed product on pallets.

* Completes all paperwork, including timekeeping and puts it in the appropriate place.

* Follow all safety procedures.

* Keep work area clean and organized.

Food Production- Eugene, OR $16.50/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently case pack and hand palletize pouches and cartons according to product specifications and customer needs
Use work order parameters to perform checks of product, packaging, and case printing. Reports any issues or concerns observed
Frequently inspect product for adherence to quality, food safety, and customer requirements
Assist with production changeover process by delivering and removing materials using powered industrial trucks and pallet-jacks

THE ROLE:
Maintain and repair all processing and packaging equipment and facilities. General expectations include.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Oregon Ice Cream contains office, manufacturing, and outdoor workspaces where this position is required to access and work. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand and climb; bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use hands to finger, handle or feel tool, controls, or products; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry tools or products. Frequently lifting/moving up to 50lbs is also required; occasional lifting/transferring of objects may be required with assistance up to 75 lbs. Summary:

This position will be part of the maintenance department and assist in the overall repair and upkeep of the mill facilities, equipment, and machinery. This position will be responsible to install, monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems. Effective communication with maintenance personnel and supervisors to perform electrical maintenance duties safely and efficiently is must. This position will also assist with mechanical maintenance functions as needed.

Responsibilities:

Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete product in assigned area, following blueprints and layout specifications. Study blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) to determine material requirements and task sequences. Verify conformance of materials to specification using squares, rulers and measuring tapes. Align and fit parts according to specification, locate and mark workpiece bending and cutting lines allowing for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage and other part specifications. Move workpiece into position, manually, with forklifts or overhead cranes. Setup and operate fabrication machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal parts. Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt parts to obtain required configurations to weld parts in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Monitor the fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts of warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.  Examines completed work for defects to ensure conformance and specifications. Acts as crane operator and understands safety protocols associated with crane operation. Maintains welding and related equipment. Punctuality and attendance are essential functions of the job. All other duties as assigned. Background and drug screen required.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Auto Glass Technician-Coburg, OR $17/hr

Schedule: Starting between 7am-8am and off work around 4:30pm-5pm.
Overview:
The Auto Glass Technician (AGT) performs a combination of duties that include auto glass installation and rock chip repairs, providing high-quality customer service, completing scheduled jobs in a timely manner, and communicating effectively with customers, managers and all levels of personnel. The AGT is responsible for identifying customers’ needs and meeting those needs by using knowledge of company products and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for inspecting customer vehicle for dents, scratches or other issues and identifying them to customer prior to conducting work.
• Conduct automotive glass replacement and rock chip repairs daily by using proper tools and techniques to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Allow ample time to cure urethane taking into consideration temperature and humidity.
• Perform mobile jobs.
• Cut, sand, and install flat laminated glass.
• Make certain that all equipment is in proper operation and works in accordance with established safety guidelines.
• Remove broken glass using proper procedures.
• Vacuum glass from customer’s vehicle, including vents and around work area under the hood.
• Replace all moldings, clips, windshield wipers, and any other parts that were removed prior to glass replacement or repair.
• Ensure that no tools or foreign matters are left after completion of work.
• Maintain company’s vehicles in a presentable manner.
• May provide transportation for customers, deliver parts and/or vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop, bathroom, office, vehicle, and parking lot.
• Accept payment information, complete the billing process, and assist customers with insurance process.
• Maintain accurate records of shop’s schedules, quotes, and work orders.
• Work with Call Center Representatives to resolve issues pertaining to work orders, incorrect parts ordered and customer updates.
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and keep management abreast of any infractions.
• Conduct final inspection of vehicle prior to releasing vehicle to customer and attach any related documents to the appropriate work order.

Physical & Safety Requirements:
