For this position, you will be installing and repairing various air quality systems, locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment, as well as conducting warranty services and performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items in a timely manner. For this position you must be able to pay close attention to detail, follow specific directions and identify and process multiple types of materials, visually inspect product, and point out defects if any. Duties will depend on daily production schedules. All candidates must have good manual dexterity, basic reading, writing and math skills. Must be OK with lifting up to 60lbs on a regular basis. Schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts, DAY/SWING opportunities but MUST TRAIN ON DAY FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS and depending on availability. Monday – Thursday and 4-5 hours of mandatory OT on Fridays. Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs. Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed, execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning. Five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills at a Journeyman level in Industrial Plant Maintenance. Five to seven years preferred. Nights, Full time, $28-$31/hr DOE. Brownsville, OR: Pay to be determined based on experience. We have an immediate need for fabrication pipe fitters and welders. Qualified candidates must have previous fabrication welding experience, FCAW welding required, and will be required to pass a welding test. Responsibilities for this position include reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications; operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment creating gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding and submerged arc welding. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brazing, soldering equipment; machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening or bending machines. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding extra layers. Must be able to travel with per diem included. Located in Brownsville, OR. Pay $ to be determined based on experience! Quality Control ensures the quality of the product is up to client standard and make sure all the correct procedures are followed and will maintain all records. This position does require some weekend availability. Shifts MAY vary; please ask what shifts are available!

Forklift operators needed for all shifts! Duties as an operator include loading and unloading materials. Label and sort shipments. Relocate items within the facility as needed. Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials. Forklift experience is required along with a driver’s license. Safety toe shoes are a must have as well as slip resistant.

Responsible for the cleaning of parks and facilities including daily cleaning park restrooms, preparing for rentals and user groups.   Team members will interact with the public frequently, drive a 1-ton custodial truck every day and because they get around to the parks serve as our eyes and ears on individual park maintenance needs. Must be comfortable with bending, lifting, and twisting up to 50lbs. $2 an hour extra pay for weekend shift. 40 hours a week, starting April 7th, then it will be switched to 7 days a week on May 1st. The packaging operator is required to perform two functions: the bagging operation and the baler operation. The packaging operator must maintain the ability to perform both bagging and baler functions as determined by the Shift Leads. Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures. Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed. Move and wrap completed products, and you will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Positions are from 6pm-6:30am with a rotating schedule ($18).
