In this position you are expected to be the coach, leader and manager of the production crew. You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of yourself and all other employees working on their shift. This includes always maintaining an organized and safe operating environment and driving the company Safety System at the crew level. 3-5 years leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Direct wood pellet manufacturing experience preferred. Full time, Rotating days; 6pm-6am. The pay is $28-$31/hr. Located in Brownsville, OR.

Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs. Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed, execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning. Five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills at a Journeyman level in Industrial Plant Maintenance. Five to seven years preferred. Nights, Full time, $28-$31/hr DOE. The packaging operator is required to perform two functions: the bagging operation and the baler operation. The packaging operator must maintain the ability to perform both bagging and baler functions as determined by the Shift Leads. Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures. Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed. Move and wrap completed products, and you will be lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Positions are from 6pm-6:30am OR 6am-6:30pm with a rotating schedule ($18). Main duties include but are not limited to operating and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment including power and hand tools. Maintains internal and external facility repairs/replacements as necessary; maintains a clean and organized work environment, removing and disposing of any debris and/or garbage on a daily basis. Operating a forklift to pull and move materials. FLO experience required. Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm, between $16-$18/hour. Brownsville, OR: Pay to be determined based on experience. We have an immediate need for fabrication pipe fitters and welders. Qualified candidates must have previous fabrication welding experience, FCAW welding required, and will be required to pass a welding test. Responsibilities for this position include reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications; operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment creating gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux-cored arc welding, plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding and submerged arc welding. Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brazing, soldering equipment; machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening or bending machines. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding extra layers. Must be able to travel with per diem included. Located in Brownsville, OR. Pay $ to be determined based on experience! Quality Control ensures the quality of the product is up to client standard and make sure all the correct procedures are followed and will maintain all records. This position does require some weekend availability. Shifts MAY vary; please ask what shifts are available!

In this position you will be working with a mill that remanufactures previously milled lumber into components that meet all the client’s needs. This will consist of working with wood, saws, different types of machinery, grading/sizing, and cutting lumber. Must be OK with repetitive pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50lbs. Schedule is Monday – Friday, from 5:30am – 3pm. Pay starting at $15.50/hr and depends on experience! Located in Sweet Home, OR.

Forklift operators needed for all shifts! Duties as an operator include loading and unloading materials. Label and sort shipments. Relocate items within the facility as needed. Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials. Forklift experience is required along with a driver’s license. Safety toe shoes are a must have as well as slip resistant.
