Key Responsibilities:

Manage federal and state income tax filings as well as sales tax compliance.

Perform cash analysis and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Conduct regular financial statement reviews, ensuring completeness and compliance.

Oversee insurance reviews, ensuring proper coverage and alignment with company policies.

Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Accounting Manager on day-to-day financial operations.

Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting across multiple companies.

Requirements:

Active CPA license.

Expertise in QuickBooks.

Machine Operator/CNC Mill Machinist - $28/hr

All Star Labor & Staffing has been retained by one of our clients to hire multiple successful Machine Operator/CNC Mill Machinist. Our client is a growth-oriented supplier of machined parts and Aerospace hardware.

We are looking for self-motivated, conscientious people who can work with minimal supervision to set-up and operate 3, 4 and 5 AXIS CNC MILL Machines and CNC LATHES, in our MACHINING CENTER. First and second shift positions are available.

Key functions:

  • Be able to work from setup sheets, prints and follow verbal work instructions.
  • Be able to setup unsupervised quickly and efficiently.
  • Be an organized self-starter and motivated.
  • Be able to troubleshoot set-ups and programs.
  • Be proficient in various types of measuring tools.
  • Have knowledge of geometric tolerances.
  • Understand specifications of the task and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
  • Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machines.
  • Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
  • Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience as CNC Machine Operator and MILL Operator
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • A keen eye for details and results-driven approach
  • Good communication abilities

Preferred Requirements/Experience:

  • Must have five years minimum of aerospace manufacturing experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Admin/Human Resources Assistant to join our client’s team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for a candidate with a broad knowledge of administrative functions and a passion for supporting HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with higher-level HR staff, assisting in various HR and administrative tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

Enter employment data into the company database accurately and efficiently.

Onboard new employees in customer platforms.

Assist higher-level HR staff with the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and follow-ups.

Update and track employee Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance enrollments.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, consulting with higher-level HR staff as needed.

A native of Alabama, Adam moved to the West Coast in 2004 and to Phoenix, AZ in 2024 to expand our operations. Adam earned his Associate Professional Human Resources (aPHR) in 2017 and his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2020.
