Team Building Activities Everyone Will Enjoy

These exercises are a great way to encourage team building, open communication and overall have fun. Potluck

Have your employees show off their culinary skills (or store bought) by preparing a small dish to bring to a company potluck. Then, set aside an afternoon to enjoy a homemade meal together.

Community Service

Around every community there are those who are less fortunate and in need. Pick a deserving cause and come together whenever time allows to give back locally.

Scavenger Hunt

This classic game is always a good go-to team bonding activity. Create a list of items to be located either around the workplace or in a designated area elsewhere. Divide employees into teams and challenge them to locate all the items on the list and document them by taking pictures.

Office Trivia

This is an easy and inexpensive activity to test your team members knowledge and entice a little competition. Come up with a series of questions related to the company and workplace. Depending on size of company, this could be a team or individual competition, but pick a fun prize for the winner(s).

Escape Room

These challenging scenarios require a lot of team work, problem solving ability and good communication among coworkers. Rooms are furnished by theme and participants are locked in the room and must figure out a series puzzles to find the hidden key and escape.

Two Truths and a Lie

Give every employee a sheet of paper and have them come up with two truths about themselves and one lie. Then, have everyone else try to figure out which of the facts are true and which is the lie.

Painting Class

Do some research around your area to find where painting classes are offered. These classes are great for expressing creativity, as well a,s igniting a little competition all while having fun.

Some other great activates to do with your team outside of the workplace can be: bowling, trampoline park, laser tag, go karting, mini golf, kayaking/canoeing, sports game, something touristy, explore a new place, and so many other fun things.
